Just some general stuff.

• Vampires can't sense other vampires. 
• Vampires prefer alcohol and caffeine, because it warms them. Often referred to as their "life blood".
• Stake in the heart kills a vampire! Vampires can also be starved, but that doesn't make them dead.
• Vampires can't procreate (DUH)
• Can't walk in daylight! Stefan and a few others are exceptions.
• A certain high pitch frequency can disable them.
• Vervain makes them weak and protect humans from their influence
• They can compel people/animals (basically, hypnotism)
• The older the vampire, the more powerful he/she is
• Fire can also kill them!
• Accelerated healing
• They do have reflections!
• They can sleep and dream.
• They are ridiculously strong and fast.
• They can influence other people's dreams
• They can be overly emotional.
• They need to be invited in.
